FIXTURE DESIGN & FABRICATION
We can manufacture and design fixtures to reduce production scrap and failures. Our fabricators can source various materials and machine pieces with various levels of precision. This was an add-on feature to our services when we first started integrating equipment into production lines.

TOOL REPAIR
We provide repair services for HIOS and XPAQ drivers. Our certification extends to the repair of HIOS drivers, HIOS screw feeders, and HIOS torque meters. Additionally, we hold certification for the repair and calibration of XPAQ drivers and Control Boxes. Our repair facilities are conveniently located in Texas, California, and Reynosa, Mexico, and are managed by authorized service repair contractors.

We cannot repair HIOS power supplies, nor can we calibrate HIOS drivers. Calibrations can be done by a 3rd party with an extra fee. Repair locations of specific products are limited to specific facilities.
